Filter inventory by stock level

Quickly find out-of-stock or low-stock items before a show using BoothBook's inventory search and stock level filters.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Inventory.
  2. 2Use the search bar to filter by product name.
  3. 3Use the stock level filter dropdown to select: All, In Stock, Out of Stock, or Needs Restock.
  4. 4Combine search and filter — for example, search "candle" and filter to "Needs Restock" to find candle products running low.
  5. 5Use this view before each event to build your restock list.
