Sync Shopify products to inventory

Import your Shopify products into BoothBook's inventory counter for pre/post event tracking.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Inventory Counter.
  2. 2Click the "Sync Shopify" button.
  3. 3Select which product statuses to import (Active, Draft, Archived).
  4. 4Toggle "Exclude free items" to skip $0 products (on by default).
  5. 5Click "Sync Products" — items appear in a "Shopify Sync" session.
  6. 6Before an event, set pre-quantities. After the event, enter post-quantities.
  7. 7See sold counts, revenue estimates, and rollover inventory to the next event.
