Import historical applications via CSV

Bulk-import past market applications using a CSV spreadsheet so you can get years of show history into BoothBook in minutes.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Applications.
  2. 2Click "CSV Template" in the top-right to download a pre-filled template showing all available columns.
  3. 3Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets. Add one row per past show — event name, city, state, date, status, booth fee, and any other details.
  4. 4Save the file as CSV (.csv format).
  5. 5Back in Applications, click "Import CSV" and select your saved file.
  6. 6BoothBook imports each row individually — invalid rows are skipped with a note, and you'll see a summary of how many entries were imported.
